Lemon & Lime: This very sophisticated lounge bar at the new Westin hotel will see you sipping lovely drinks in stylish surroundings. From admiring the low-level lighting that plays on the silver-leaf ceiling to gazing upon the breathtaking views over the golf course, Lemon & Lime is an elegant new venue. Expect an extensive array of beverages and cigars to be at your disposal. Whether you’re a malt connoisseur or an expert in vintage grape varieties, a blend drinker or a juice lover, you’re sure to enjoy a visit to this inviting lounge. Lemon & Lime also serves tapas-style cuisine with a distinguished modern edge, including seafood, bar snacks and desserts.

Sontaya: With its floating glass-walled pavilions amid a series of interconnected ponds and pools, Sontaya exudes romance by night while the signature blends complement the venue’s exuberance by day. The Rocco Forte Hotel is architecturally stunning, and from the outside the bar appears to be floating within the hotel’s 11-storey glass atrium. Ray’s Bar: Recently opened in the very cosmopolitan Jumeriah at Etihad Towers, Ray’s Bar on the 62nd floor will have you looking out at the most spectacular view of Abu Dhabi city. Park Bar and Beach House: The Park Hyatt is now open on Saadiyat Island and has two great new bars. The Park Bar & Grill is an elegant two-storey bar and dining venue featuring Western and Asian meat and seafood preparations, served from a lively show kitchen and grill. The Beach House is home to Mediterranean tapas with great views towards Saadiyat beach, while the Beach House Rooftop is the ideal venue for taking in the sunset of an evening.
