Rove Expo 2020 Hotel is open – and Time Out was among the first to take a look around (and jump on the beds) at Expo 2020 Dubai’s only on-site hotel.
Rove Expo 2020 Hotel is currently in its soft-launch phase, but Time Out eds were given unrivalled access to the 312-room, 19-suite complex set in the heart of Expo 2020 Dubai.
And it did not disappoint, as these first-look images attest.
The swanky reception area is flanked by an incredibly stimulating co-working space (complete with table tennis for those who like to get the creative juices flowing in a competitive manner) and fab dining spot The Daily.
The business centre-cross remote working hive even comes with sound proof work booths, which means you can take that confidential call for HQ without having to lower your voice.
There’s a never-been-repped gym waiting for those who can never take a holiday from the gains no matter the occasion, while the infinity pool, situated up on the roof, provides unparralled views of the Al Wasl dome – the jewel in Expo 2020 Dubai’s glittering crown.

Kids (and big kids) should get around the foosball tables while they wait to check-in.
The rooms are smartly furnished and in some way shape or form provide vistas of the sweeping Expo 2020 Dubai site.
Beds are springy (we checked, twice) and during our exploration we spied a cardboard cut out of Hollywood pin-up Marilyn Monroe in the shower – though we were assured this isn’t a permanent design point.
As far as base camps go for your own Expo 2020 Dubai exploration, you won’t be much better served than at Rove Expo 2020 Hotel.
