FINE FARE
One of my favourites, I like this shot because of its beautiful landscape that is quite iconic for Abu Dhabi. Ours is a city that embraces cuisines from all over the world, and being a food fan, this makes it an amazing destination.
SHEER HARMONY
I love Abu Dhabi because of its diversity. The mix of beautiful traditional architecture and modern luxury blend together in a very harmonious way, thus creating a vibrant and exciting city.
BACK TO NATURE
I like this photo because it’s a memory of good times with close friends at an amazing place. One of the best camping spots in Abu Dhabi.
WOVEN WONDER
This minimalist photo shows the greatness of Downtown Abu Dhabi’s architectural style.
Al Ibrahimi Tower was woven of terraces in a cylindrical mass. A very interesting pattern that makes it stand among all the buildings nearby.
I captured this picture at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Villas & Resorts during the wee hours. The sun was shining brightly and there weren’t many people in the swimming area, making it so peaceful.
TAKING FLIGHT
Birds are always considered as a symbol of peace and I wanted to show Abu Dhabi as a peaceful city with this shot of birds flying with the city’s distinctive buildings behind them.
PERFECT DAY
One of the best days of my life, when I discovered the beauty of the Rub al Khali. I met a Bedouin and got nudged by a roaming camel before having coffee and cake at Qasr al Sarab.
SHINING BRIGHT
I like the picture cause of how the sun highlights the cats face, a silhouette but in light form. My favourite part about Abu Dhabi is that you can go places around the city that isn’t just all architecture but nature too!
CITY OF GOLD
I love everything about the place of my birth, especially the architecture. The sunset and sunrise are the best moments for me to capture my Abu Dhabi with a great backdrop.
LOUVRE IT
I like it as the person in the shot accentuates the vastness of the incredible dome. To stand there is simply overwhelming, a true architectural masterpiece that needs to be seen with ones own eyes.
THE SIMPLE LIFE
The reason I like this photo is because it reminds me of where it all began – simplicity at it’s best. Against the odds of the desert and heat, the Bedouin life and camels symbolise endurance, survival and strength.
ABSOLUTE CALM
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is my favorite spot in Abu Dhabi because of the inner peace I achieve whenever I am there.
SCULPTED SECRET
Abu Dhabi is the UAE’s art and cultural hub. This shot that I took of the Wahat Al Karama (Oasis of Dignity) is definitely one of the hidden gems the city has to offer.
OLD MEETS NEW
I like this picture because it has the elements of life that UAE depended on in the past – water and trees – but also the new element which is future vision of the buildings and what they represent, business and progress.
TRUE REFLECTION
My favourite thing about Abu Dhabi is its serenity. I love this picture of the five splendid towers because they reflect themselves and let the sun shine on them, basically how a person should be.
DRIVEN BY FAITH
I love this picture. I shot it from a car! As we were driving towards the Mosque the light was perfect and the structure looked magnificent from that angle so I quickly took the shot.
SIMPLE, SPECIAL
Abu Dhabi, for me, is a quiet and inspiring city. I love its simplicity and beauty. This photo means a lot to me as it shows so many different aspects of it that I adore: the sea, clean beaches, well-designed roads and special architecture.
LOVING NATURE
I like this photo because it shows a balance between the nature and the city. What I like in Abu Dhabi is that you are able to do this, enjoy the perks of a big city but at the same time, if you wish you can always go for a pleasant afternoon in the mangroves or just put your feet in the sea.
SKYLINE BEAUTY
The shot was taken at St Regis Abu Dhabi’s highly luxuries royal suite. I have always had this image in my mind. I believe the capital Abu Dhabi is underrated for photographers as the city is quite an eye candy. And this photo of the incredible skyline says it all in my opinion.
AL AIN OASIS
I love this picture a lot because it’s of my hometown Al Ain & features one of my favorite spots in Abu Dhabi which is Al Ain Oasis. I’ve been practicing photography around Abu Dhabi for some time now. And can’t help but fall in love with the dazzling architecture and serene nature.
