Fancy some culture? A new exhibition has opened showcasing the work of Filipino artist Manuel Baldemor. The collection of paintings depict scenes in simplified geometric forms with a folk art character.

Most of his subjects in his art are inspired by his hometown Paete, its people, their everyday activities, and their celebrations.

See a comedy show from Yalla Laughs

Need to lighten up your week with some laughter? Head along to Todd English’s Olives at Venetian Village and you can see some of the best comedians in the country taking to the stage.

Headlining on the night is Canadian comic Matt Billon who will be joined by Omar Kazim, Jon Boulton, Arzoo Malhotra and Imah Dumagay. We dare you to sit in the front row: what’s the worst that could happen?
