Kids can dress up in replica outfits and explore the revamped space

As one of the most impressive modern museums in the world, there’s always loads to see and do at Louvre Abu Dhabi.

But now there’s a new attraction for young visitors, and it looks like so much fun.

The Louvre Abu Dhabi Children’s Museum is closed at the moment as it is being revamped with an exciting new exhibition.

A Costume Adventure, is an engaging, interactive space that will let young art and history enthusiasts dive into the wardrobes of great figures from the past.

Open from July 9 2019 until July 2020, children will be able to explore original artworks and then dress up to look like the people in the paintings.

There’s also games, challenges, and the chance to make your own digital avatar, while those under three can have some adventures in the Toddler Space.

The new exhibition forms part of the upcoming Changing Societies season for 2019/20, which all sounds absolutely fascinating.
