Eating at fantastic restaurants is one of the main pleasures in life here in Abu Dhabi.

To celebrate all that is brilliant about the capital’s dining scene, we here at Time Out Abu Dhabi have teamed up with The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) for a very special six-week event.
Tastes of the Capital powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi will include 50 of the capital’s very best venues, which will be offering special menus from Monday July 1 to Thursday August 15.

As well as super meal deals there are also fantastic staycation packages on offer and loads of prizes to be won.
Offering a special Vietnamese menu full of great street food-inspired dishes and Asian classics, guests will be able to enjoy some great food at Park Bar and Grill.
Ideal for sharing and full of vibrant ingredients like chilli and lemongrass it’s sure to be an excellent culinary experience.
Guests will be offered smaller portions of all the dishes but there’s plenty to try. Here’s what you can expect.
First course
Pho bo, Vietnamese beef noodle soup.
Vietnamese rice paper rolls with cucumber, carrot, mint, basil, coriander and shrimp.
Main course
Vietnamese crab cakes with mayonnaise, dill and kefir lime leaf.
Short rib steamed buns with radish pickle, mayonnaise and hoi sin sauce.
Charcoal grilled chicken with lemongrass, chilli, spring onion and lime.
