Eating at fantastic restaurants is one of the main pleasures in life here in Abu Dhabi.
There are lots of amazing places to dine, with everything from the finest Japanese cuisine to high-end French fare on offer, and everything in between.
To celebrate all that is brilliant about the capital’s dining scene, we here at Time Out Abu Dhabi have teamed up with The Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi) for a very special six-week event.
Tastes of the Capital powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi will include 50 of the capital’s very best venues, which will be offering special menus from Monday July 1 to Thursday August 15.

@District by Amalfi is one of the restaurants taking part in Tastes of the Capital.
With an edgy graffiti-covered interior inspired by urban New York, this Italian restaurant doesn’t exactly look traditional.
But the plates are all authentic dishes, made using quality ingredients and presented with a modern twist.
