Use the long weekend as an excuse to tick off some Abu Dhabi restaurants on your bucket list. 

The brilliant set menus on offer all over the city as part of Tastes of the Capital powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi are a simple way to do that. 

We’ve teamed up with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi to offer some incredible deals from just Dhs99 for unique meals. 

Here are five to try tonight. 

BiCE
At BiCE, classic Italian dishes are on the menu, made with fresh ingredients and celebrating tried-and-tested combinations.Alongside a three-course meal where you can select one dish from each course, guests can also enjoy a glass of grape or hops with their meal.Dishes include baked aubergine, mozzarella, tomato and basil sauce, cured raw beef carpaccio, rocket, radicchio, sun dried tomato, Parmesan cheese, balsamic onion and green olive dressing, grilled lamb chops, potato puree, Sicilian caponata and rosemary sauce. baked red mullet with sautéed spinach with roasted fennel, tomato and basil salsa, potato gnocchi with mushroom and cherry tomato, hazelnut cake with chocolate ice cream and fresh raspberry and finally, a classic tiramisu.

District by Amalfi
With an edgy graffiti-covered interior inspired by urban New York, this Italian restaurant doesn’t exactly look traditional. But the plates are all authentic dishes, made using quality ingredients and presented with a modern twist. YOutr set menu here will include  parmesan and chive arancini with basil pesto, margherita pizza and gelato of the day.

KOI Abu Dhabi
Found in The Collection at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, this stylish Japanese restaurant does everything with style. With sushi, grilled meats, fresh seafood and more, there’s something to suit all tastes, and the dining room is super fancy. Choose one option from three delicious courses, including salmon carpaccio. sushi (salmon, tuna, yellowtail, shrimp), California roll, pan-seared salmon, spicy grilled chicken, braised daikon, braised wagyu short ribs, peppercorn filet mignon, KOI Sundae and coconut tapioca.

La Petite Maison
This stylish eatery at The Galleria serves some of the most immaculate French cuisine in the capital. It was the well-deserved winner of the Best European title at our restaurant awards last year, and we think this venue is just going to keep getting better and better. DIshes include escargots de Bourgogne, burrata et tomates, crevettes tiédes a l’huile d’olive, grosses crevettes grillées – grilled tiger prawns, côtelettes d’Agneau Vivienne – grilled lamb cutlets with smoked aubergine, faux filet grille – grilled sirloin (all served with sides), and gâteau au fromage frais for dessert.

Safina
Saadiyat Beach Club is known for offering the best (and certainly the most glamorous) pool day experience in Abu Dhabi. But the food at beachside restaurant Safina is also exceptional, and the views over towards the Gulf really can’t be beaten. You’ll get a three-course meal with choices including Mikonos salad, prawn cocktail, truffle lunette, baked Greek sea bass and crema Catalana.
