Tori No Su, which took home a highly commended award for Best Japanese at the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards 2019, is launching a new brunch this Friday.
The Nihon Hiru brunch will take place every Friday from 12.30pm until 4pm and the hand-crafted menu, which has been designed by kaiseki-trained chef Ando Takashi and his team, promises to transport brunchgoers to the heart of Japan.
Brunch at the chic Japanese restaurant kicks off with an array of starters including miso soup, prawn and scallop gyozas and Japanese-style spring rolls, while main course highlights include grilled salmon with miso mayonnaise, tuna steak, beef yakisoba and chicken teriyaki.
It wouldn’t be a true Japanese dining experience without some helpings of raw fish and brunchgoers can also enjoy unlimited trips to the sushi and sashimi station, as well as the yakitori station.
If you have a sweet tooth make sure to leave room for desserts – think matcha tiramisu and hot chocolate pudding. Sounds delicious.
There are two packages to choose from: Dhs250 with soft drinks or Dhs350 with free-flowing international and Japanese beverages.
