Time Out Abu Dhabi award-winning venue Buddha-Bar Beach has launching two brunches.
Overlooking the beach at The St. Regis Saadiyat Island Resort, Abu Dhabi, the restaurant and nightlife venue will host both on Fridays.
The first is from 1pm to 4pm and the evening brunch starts at 7pm and reservations are a must. Packages are Dhs325 for soft drinks, Dhs450 for house beverages and Dhs525 for premium beverages.
Dishes include salads, sushi, nigiri and hot starters, before moving on to items from the robata, and main course options including Chilean Sea bass, beef tenderlon and chicken Kung Pao. Desserts include apple tart tatin, eclairs and crepe soufflé.
Operational manager Patrick Eissa, said: “The team and I are proud to welcome guests to this unique dining and lifestyle brunch experience. The mesmerising sharing style menu, presents a myriad of dishes from different countries and cities of the Pacific region.”
