Shang Palace

The Sichuan Brunch is the newest edition to Shang Palace’s list of events which showcases the authentic flavours of the Chinese province. The menu is designed by Chef Qiguo Su, a Sichuan native. This all-you-can-eat brunch offers a variety of steamed, pan-fried and deep-fried delicacies all with a hot and spicy Sichuan twist. Plus, there’s also a Peking duck station and other favourites from the venue’s Yum Cha menu.
