Calling all movie buffs and kayak enthusiasts, we have the perfect marriage of activities for you.

If you’re looking for something unusual to do this summer, grab a paddle and popcorn and look no further.

The Kayak Cinema Show is back at Louvre Abu Dhabi, welcoming audiences to catch a film screening out on the water… from the comfort of a kayak.

Screenings are scheduled for Saturday June 26 and Saturday July 3 at 6pm, 7pm, and 8pm.

Anyone taking in a kayaking tour at the renowned museum can ‘take a seat’ for the floating cinema experience, which is projected onto the museum’s wall.

The film that’s being shown at the moment is “Hair Love,” an uplifting seven-minute piece about a young girl who wants to style her unruly hair with the help of her dad. The film is all about love, confidence and family.
