Dubai’s Emirates Airline resumes flights to Seychelles

Flights to Maldives also increased to six times a week

Dubai’s Emirates Airline is resuming flights to Seychelles from Saturday August 1, when the Indian Ocean holiday destination reopens to international tourists.

Emirates will fly to Seychelles five times a week with the Boeing 777-300ER.

Meanwhile Emirates will also increase the frequency of its flights to Maldives, due to demand, up to six times a week from Tuesday August 4. It currently flies there five times weekly.

Earlier this week it was announced that Emirates was resuming flights to Stockholm, taking Emirates’ network to 22 cities in Europe, connecting passengers from Europe to the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Africa.

In the past week Emirates has resumed flights to Tehran, Athens, Barcelona, Geneva, Glasgow, Larnaca, Munich, Rome and LA. It will fly to Guangzhou from Saturday July 25, Addis Ababa and Dar Es Salaam from Saturday August 1, Prague and Sao Paulo from Sunday August 2 and Boston from Saturday August 15.

Emirates has strict safety measures and travel restrictions also remain in place. Travellers will only be accepted on flights if they comply with the eligibility and entry criteria requirements of their destination countries.
