Tastes of the Capital powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi will include 50 of the capital’s very best venues, which will be offering special menus from Monday July 1 to Thursday August 15.

Roberto’s is one of the restaurants taking part in Tastes of the Capital.
As one of the many glamorous eateries found in The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, Roberto’s serves stylish Italian plates in a pretty dining room.
Each dish is made using high-quality, fresh ingredients, and the bar stays open late if you fancy a boogie after your meal.

First course
Melanzana leri oggi e domain – oven-baked aubergine with mozzarella, Grana Padano, tomato sauce and basil
Tonno battuto – tuna tartare, avocado and wasabi cream
Roberto’s calamari – golden-fried calamari, prawns, zucchini, mint tartare sauce and tomato dip
Second course
Tortelli – homemade ricotta and spinach tortelli with light truffle cream
Roberto’s ravioli – burrata cheese ravioli, fresh datterino tomato sauce and basil
Penne arrabbiata – chilli tomato sauce, cherry tomato and parsley

La panna – pannacotta, yoghurt, yuzu ganache, honey and chocolate
