Brunch is Back at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi!

Sponsored: There’s something for everyone with three weekend feasts to choose from

What’s better than brunch? Three brunches, that’s what.

Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi is bringing back its trio of amazing brunches this, all with updated looks, feels and vibes.

Whether you want a traditional Friday international buffet, fun-loving pub afternoon or a classy brasserie affair, the hotel will deliver.

Elements Brunch, which is centred around the four elements of water, fire, earth and air, takes place across Café Palmier, LRM Central, @District by Amalfi and WhEAT.

It’s the perfect option for families as two kids eat for free with every two paying adults. Pool access is included, too.

At Café Palmier you’ll find a dedicated kids’ buffet station and seating area, serving a hearty range of comfort food and crudités, making sure the little ones have a healthy balance for having an afternoon of fun in the sun. The Elements Kids Club runs throughout the brunch, offering activities such as Zumba, face-painting, interactive cooking classes, a game station and much more.

While the kids are playing, the grown-ups get to satisfy any seafood cravings at Café Palmier, where you can choose from freshly hand-shucked oysters from the venue’s life-sized boat, succulent shellfish and a range of sushi. There’s also a DIY poke bar, filled with vibrant, colourful and fresh ingredients.

For a more meaty selection, head to the barbecue, or spice up your life with Asian and Mexican street foods at the LRM Central food trucks.

Wood-fired pizzas are available @District by Amalfi, which also has a quite brilliant cheese selection on offer.

By the time you get to dessert you’ll be ready for the wall of multi-coloured sprinkled doughnuts, a sweetie pick and mix from a spinning wheel or the indulgent chocolate fountain. There’s also a popcorn bar is savoury nibbles are more your thing.

There are some grown-up ice lollies (with flavours including watermelon, kiwi, cucumber and lime) and milkshakes that are perfect for adults, adding something cool and quirky to the drinks packages.

If you’d rather have a more refined, relaxing brunch, then Market Kitchen is the place for you. The De’vine’ Friday brunch has a new Californian twist, inspired from Napa Valley to the golden coast.

The table brunch also includes an interactive station with a ceviche bar, packed full of marinated seafood with zesty flavours. There will also be a live demo of freshly prepared seafood delicacies. A toast bar lets you try a selection of sweet and savoury toppings such as cream cheese, hummus, honey and pesto, as well as home-made infused oils.

Down at Time Out Abu Dhabi’s Pub of the Year 2019, PJ O’Reilly’s, there’s a whole host of new foods, including grill and carving stations offering juicy roasts and meaty barbeques. There will also be a designated spud bar filled with endless fries and mash.

You can also pit yourself against your friends, with a range of games and activities to play outside under the sun., and there’ll be music from a live band creating a full-on Irish brunching experience.

“As a holistically driven food and beverage destination, we offer the complete brunching experience immersed with excellent cuisines, entertainment, and creativity to choose from” says Ashraf El Siessy, general manager at Le Royal Méridien Abu Dhabi. “We encourage all to join us as we launch Brunch is Bac, for a fusion of fun, and we guarantee that you will have stories to tell.”

There are special prices on all three brunches on Friday, September 27, with Elements Brunch starting at just Dhs165 for adults and Dhs85 for kids aged six to 12. At PJ O’Reilly’s you’ll pay either Dhs119 for drinks or Dhs169 for drinks and food. The Market Kitchen brunch will start at Dhs150.
