Here’s what you need to know about COYA Abu Dhabi’s cool new digital menu

Delicious food and exciting experiences

It’s no secret that COYA Abu Dhabi is something of a favourite of ours. In fact, it’s won numerous Time Out Restaurant and Music & Nightlife awards since it first opened its doors on Al Maryah Island.

But, not satisfied with serving some of the best silky guacamole, seafood ceviches, loaded tacos and succulent antichuchos in the capital (not to mention the incredible arroz nikkei), the restaurant has introduced some new dishes, drinks and even a new high-res digital menu to help get you in the mood for feasting.

The new feature means that when you scan a QR code on the menu with your mobile phone, you’ll be able to browse images of the dishes before you choose.

Which means that you can see how delicious, fresh and beautifully presented everything is, before it even arrives at the table.
In fact, we can’t wait to get our hands on these new recipes.

The updated menu includes appetisers such as chupe de camarones with bisque, tiger prawns, mixed herbs and tomato, nibbles such as wagyu beef tacos with quinoa, and sweet treats such as tarta de queso manchego with lemon and lime ice cream and coconut parfait with pineapple, apple sorbet and puffed rice.

The brilliant set lunch menu has also been taken up a few notches and now includes some extra tasty plates like smoked amberjack fish and wild mushroom ceviche, plus favourites like vegetarian maki rolls with mushrooms, avocado and quinoa, and Chilean sea bass served in an iron pot (that’s the arroz nikkei we were talking about earler).

If you already had a serious addiction to the Peruvian flavours at COYA, things are about to get a whole lot worse (and by that, we obviously mean better).
