Beijing Restaurant

With a venue named after the Chinese capital you’d be expecting some top-notch Chinese food and you won’t be disappointed here. All the bases are covered but when it comes to noodles here is a selection of wok-fried options with various ingredients including meat and seafood as well as Dan Dan noodles and more to satisfy that noodle craving.

Benjarong

Thai cuisine doesn’t hide when it comes to big flavours and if you want a bit of heat with your noodles then Thai food is a safe bet. At Benjarong you can take your pick from a variety of noodle-based dishes including classics like pad Thai, phad see-ew and khao phad, to enjoy some fresh noodle dishes cooked to order.

Cho Gao

This restaurant has long been a favourite of us here at Time Out. Inthe heart of Downtown Abu Dhabi, it’s a has the likes of pad Thai, hakka noodles, mie goreng and more from across Asia to tempt you.

Cho Gao Marina

Serving much the same menu as Cho Gao above, this restaurant has a more modern feel and has a super terrace with views over the marina at InterContinental Abu Dhabi.

Dai Pai Dong


If you’re looking for a stylish and sophisticated place to enjoy some great quality Chinese food then Dai Pai Dong, a previous winner of Best Chinese at the Time Out Abu Dhabi Restaurant Awards, is a safe bet. On the menu there are a few options for noodle-lovers including wok-fried hakka noodles, shrimp wonton soup noodles and brais e fu noodles. Delicious.

Dragon Bao Bao

This cosy restaurant may only seat four of five tables but if you’re after some authentic Chinese food then the no-frills restaurant is a perfect match. For noodle-fans the braised beef noodles are hand-pulled and as fresh as can be plus there’s other options including chow mein and soup noodles, al for affordable prices, that will hit the spot.

Hakkasan


It doesn’t get much more high-end than Hakkasan at Emirates Palace and we don’t need much excuse to visit to try the exquisite food and visit the stunning outdoor terrace. When it comes to noodle dishes you can feast on the likes of hakka hand-pulled noodles and Singapore vermicelli to get your chopsticks around.

Li Jiang

When you’re not staring at the stunning views over Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque then there are plenty of dishes to get excited about at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal’s Li Jiang. Noodle fans can take their pick from the likes of laksa soup, Vietnamese pho, pad Thai, Singapore mei fen and more.

Okay, we can’t lie, we didn’t expect to find a great Chinese restaurant above a bowling alley, but in Abu Dhabi anything is possible. Make you way past the lanes and you can enjoy a host of great noodle dishes including a range of noodle soups as well as wok-fried specialities.

Panda Bao Bao

We love a good theme and when the theme is wall-to-wall pandas, with panda cutlery, chopsticks and artwork, we’re all in. Away from the black and white mammals the food is also worth shouting about at this quirky restaurant and for noodle lovers there are some top noodle soups to choose from and wok fried dishes for you to get stuck into while admiring the unique atmosphere.

Royal Orchid

Choose your locations and head along to this pan-Asian restaurant and you can get your fill on noodle dishes whatever you’re after. With dishes including Vietnamese pho, Laksa curry, hakka noodles, Hong Kong noodles and Singapore noodles, you’ll leave with a full stomach.

Shang Palace


Giving you an authentic Chinese food experience, if you’re in the mood for Asian dishes and a place to practice your chopstick skills then Shang Palace is a safe bet.
