It seems like for the past year or so, Bitcoin has been in the news constantly.
For the uninitiated, the cryptocurrency is a new type of online payment which has seen a boom recently.
Essentially, it allows users to pay for something without using a middle man such as a bank.
Now it has Abu Dhabi in its sights and we’ve learned of one restaurant which is now accepting payment in Bitcoin.
Skinny Genie is a gluten-free café and takeaway in Masdar City and is embracing the digital currency.
The venue is perfect for a light lunch and it does some great drinks, too.
