Cipriani has re-opened its outdoor terrace and added new truffle dishes

The Yas Island venue has added a seasonal menu

We’ve been saying it for weeks now, terraces and outdoor seating areas are popping up all around the city as everyone tries to make the most of the cooler weather.

Another venue that’s embracing the temperature drop is Cipriani, which has re-opened its outdoor terrace at Yas Marina.

If you’re wanting to relax, watch the yachts pass by and sun set, there are few better places to be in the city if you ask us.

The stylish Italian restaurant has also launched a new selection of dishes all based around white truffle from Tuscany.

So if you like the taste of truffle then you’re in luck because there are loads of new recipes to try.

This includes tagliolini cipriani with white truffle, veal butter piccatine with mashed potato and white truffle as well as a number of dishes with freshly shaved truffle including burrata, beef tartare, risotto and more.

That’s a lot of truffle.
