Bringing its award-winning food to new destinations, stylish steakhouse Butcher and Still has unveiled a new food truck.
The rustic and elegant metallic truck is now ready to hit the road to serve up dishes created by the Four Seasons Abu Dhabi venue.
When setting up at locations across the UAE, the truck will serve refined American classics including the venue’s signature cheeseburger, a Chicago dog, a Kansas City burnt ends sandwich, and more.
The truck was recently at Winter Wonderland on Al Maryah Island and at the New Year’s Eve Bruno Mars concert on Yas Island.
“We are always eager to innovate in the market, to push the boundaries and create bold and unexpected concepts in a way that only Four Seasons can,” said director of food and beverage at Four Seasons Abu Dhabi, Carlo Laiso.
“What guests see is the result of more than two years of collaboration and hard work. In the food truck space we are first movers, offering an experience that will capture the imagination of our clients.
“What is most exciting however, is the paradox of creating something humble and seamlessly infusing our identity as a premium, 1920s Chicago Steakhouse.”
