The best things in life are free and when there’s cake involved it’s even better.
Celebrating National Chocolate Cake Day (no, we hadn’t heard of it, either) you can get a free sweet treat on January 27 at 49ers, The Gold Rush.
On the day, order any steak from noon until 11.30pm and you’ll get a free molten chocolate cake, served with a dollop of ice cream.
Steak and chocolate cake? Sounds like a pretty good idea to us.
49ers recently moved location after more than two decades.
The wild west-themed venue can now be found at one of the capital’s longest-running hotels, Le Méridien Abu Dhabi.
So if you fancy some free cake this week, you know where to be.
