New Indian restaurant Moksh to open at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers

There will be tapas-style dishes with fusion elements

Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers has now opened its doors in Abu Dhabi.

The hotel, which officially launched on October 1, is home to some top dining options including Tori No Su, BiCE, Ray’s Bar, Ray’s Grill and Nahaam.

Now another new restaurant is being added to the venue.

Contemporary Indian restaurant Moksh, which means salvation or freedom, will open at the hotel in the coming weeks. The main man in the kitchen chef Abs Patil.

On the menu will be modern Indian cuisine, served in tapas-style small plates, with some fusion elements and contemporary presentation that promises to be “classy and Instagramable”.

Moksh also has a focus on sustainability with responsibly sourced ingredients used in every dish, with all ingredients prepared from scratch to ensure freshness and quality.

Dishes will also offer a sensory experience with modern cooking techniques including the use of gelification, spherification, smoke effect, deconstruction method, dry ice or nitrogen.

It all sounds exciting and we look forward to it opening.
