Abu Dhabi’s Punjab Grill launches vegan menu for January

Try fine dining plant-based food

It’s January, or Veganuary if you’re following a plant-based diet this month.

It’s the new year and many of us and trying to live a little healthier and for some that means cutting out meat products and dairy.

Offering you the chance to try some exciting dishes that are entirely plant-based, one of Abu Dhabi’s most popular Indian restaurants has launched a vegan menu for a limited time.

Punjab Grill is serving a plant based menu until the end of January.

The new menu features a range of vegan-friendly dishes served with Punjab Grill’s signature style and flare.

On the menu you can try dishes including tandoori broccoli and mushroom, prepared with sweet potato purée and coconut foam, tofu tikka masala served along with ambarsari kulcha and kachumber and chef signature dishes including palak patta chaat and toro root dumplings.

Plus offering a sweet end to your meal you can also try vegan dessert jalebi churros made with blueberry and coconut sorbet.

It all sounds delicious to us.
Open daily 12.30pm-midnight. Until end of January. Venetian Village, The Ritz-Calrton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, Khor Al Maqta (02 449 9839).
