Abu Dhabi’s Chef’s Table series, a popular cornerstone of Abu Dhabi Culinary, has returned for its season finale to shine a spotlight on the emirate as a global dining hotspot, home to a geographically-expansive and culturally-unique culinary landscape.

Running until Saturday April 3, the latest series will feature a hand-picked line-up of the most popular restaurants from previous Chef’s Table editions.

This special Chef’s Table Allstar edition will promote the emirate’s eclectic fine dining scene via a holistic showcase of curated menus and signature dishes at a number of the city’s award-winning haute cuisine hotspots.

Restaurants putting their best forks – and dishes – forward include LPM Restaurant & Bar’s snails with garlic butter, Punjab Grill’s duck galouti, foie gras and aloo jeera pave, Martabaan’s gold leaf kulfi, Sambusek’s spread of Arabian-inspired masterpieces, and Hakkasan’s sanpei chicken claypot.

Elsewhere, culinary afficionados can experience Shang Palace’s charcoal grilled beef short ribs, Tori No Su’s legendary grilled miso marinated black cod, Fouquet’s linguine with black tiger prawns, and Mare Mare’s burrata pizza.

Ando Takashi, chef de cuisine at Tori No Su, said: “Tori No Su is extremely honoured to be taking part in the Chef’s Table Allstar initiative for the finale of the four-part series.

“We are looking forward to showcasing our signature dishes and captivating diners with unique tastes and curations across the four-weeks.”

Chef’s Table set five-course menus are priced from Dhs295 to Dhs398.

Reservations are encouraged to guarantee a spot at all participating venues.
