Jones the Grocer has launched a brand-new night dedicated to the ooeyiest, gooeyist type of cheese: the raclette.
The new raclette night is happening between 7pm and 10pm at four Jones the Grocer venues across the capital and it sounds like a brie-lliant (stop it) to while away an evening to us.
Cheese fans can head to the Al Muneera branch every Thursday, Al Raha every Saturday, the Khalidiyah branch every Wednesday and Al Mamoura every Tuesday from Tuesday March 30 onwards.
The cheese-tastic evening comes in at Dhs189 and guests can tuck into sautéed potatoes with beef chorizo, covered in melted cheese of course, alongside gherkins and red onion, plus a charcuterie platter featuring an assortment of cheeses and accompaniments.
Your earnings will also get you three glasses of grape and each additional glass thereafter will be a pocket-friendly Dhs25. Life is gouda (okay seriously, enough).
