WATCH: What to eat at Time Out Market Dubai’s Masti and Pitfire

These are the dishes you need to try

Burrata butter chicken, dosa waffles, truffle pizza, garlic knots (if you know, you know), and more – that’s exactly what’s in store in the latest episode of Time Out’s Local Legends.

The first episode of this special Time Out Market Dubai-dedicated series saw us try out some of our top picks from modern British restaurant folly Workshop and the wonderfully authentic Vietnamese Foodies, and now we’re back with a seriously hunger pang-stoking second episode.

This week we try out elevated, globally inspired Indian dishes from Masti, plus a couple of perfect pizzas (and those moreish garlic knots) from Pitfire.

Masti is a previous winner of Time Out Dubai’s Best Indian Restaurant award and took home the Highly Commended award at the 2021 awards, while Pitfire, which is famed for its New York-meets-Neapolitan pizza and original topping mash-ups, has grown from a passion project to one of Dubai’s best-loved pizza joints.

You can watch the full episode below but a word of warning: if you haven’t paid Time Out Market Dubai a visit, you’re in for a serious bout of food FOMO. Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
