Dubai’s best burger Pickl launches cute new kids’ meals

Dubai’s home grown burger joint Pickl, winner of Time Out Dubai’s Best Burger award no less, has launched a new kids meal box in its usual fun and quirky style.

New ‘Little Pickl’ boxes may remind you just ever so slightly of Maccy’s famous Happy Meals, used by parents to bribe temperamental kids for decades.

So why not give them the chance to try something new that still includes, you guessed it, an added treat on top of their food.

Little Pickl boxes come in meat-based and plant-based options, including all the classics like a cheeseburger, chicken tenders or a chicken sando, plus Pickl’s Impossible burger for the veggies.

Add fries or carrot sticks as a side, plus water, apple juice or chocolate milk (the obvious choice for any self-respecting child, surely) as the drink. All packed up in a cute little box for Dhs39.

To keep them quiet once they’ve finished munching, the box can be coloured in afterwards, and Pickl is even providing crayons and colour-in place mats for kids that don’t order a Little Pickl Box.

Kids’ boxes also come with a cute series of collectable iron-on badges paired with tasks for the child to deliver, related to everything from photography and exercise, to cooking, kindness and music. No plastic tat over here, though that is another ironing job for muggins mum and dad we’re afraid. (Worth it to eat your burger in peace though, right?)
