Middle East GamesCon to preview first-ever Nitro Cold Brew range

Homegrown brand Coffee Planet will be giving away PS4s too

A blast of nitro cold coffee sounds pretty good when we’re deep in a gaming session here in the UAE, making it fitting that Coffee Planet is giving gamers a first taste of its chilly new coffee range.

The Middle East’s largest homegrown Arabica specialist coffee roaster is releasing its new Nitro Cold Brew at this year’s big Middle East GamesCon, in Abu Dhabi and it’s giving away some top prizes, too.

Taking place from Thursday October 24 until Saturday October 26, Coffee Planet will be featuring three new flavours, including black, latte and vanilla latte, at its specially designed stand.

Best part? All you have to do is show up and you could be in with a chance to win various prizes, including a PS4, Kibson’s vouchers and a range of Coffee Planet merchandise. Coffee, games and prizes? Sounds like a gaming session worth heading to.

“Consumers are now more likely to drink RTD coffee than brewed coffee, and as part of our 360-degree approach, we took the opportunity to cater to this trending variant,” said managing director at Coffee Planet Roberts Jones.

“Consumers have had a growing interest in better-for-you beverages and this is clearly shaping our market, as demand for organic, non-GMO, and sustainable coffee grows.”

As for the festival itself, tickets start from Dhs115.50 per day or Dhs315 for the full three-day pass. There’s also a special VIP package that includes a meet and greet voucher, goody bag and VIP access for Dhs500.

Brand-new releases will be available to play at Abu Dhabi’s Middle East GamesCon before they’re even on shelves. Just another reason to head down there.
