Six Senses Zighy Bay is reopening to Oman and UAE citizens

The luxury accommodation reopens on November 30

Staycations have been popular this year with less travel around the globe, and now one of Oman’s top hotels is reopening for winter.

Giving you another opportunity to see enjoy a staycation in the Sultanate, a five-star resort has announced it’s reopening next week.

Six Senses Zighy Bay has announced that it will reopen for guests, subject to border restrictions.

Located in the stunningly dramatic Musandam Peninsula, where the mountains meet the Gulf of Oman, the five-star hotel will be welcoming guests from Monday November 30.

The luxury hotel is home to an amazing backdrop, a selection of private villas, an infinity pool and top dining options.

Take your pick from three- or four-bedroom beachfront villas and a range of packages to make your stay catered to you.

Omani residents and citizens will be required to present a negative PCR test before entering the UAE to reach the resort.

Guests travelling to the resort from the UAE will be required to present a negative PCR test conducted less than 96 hours at the Dibba border.

“We’re delighted to be able re-open the resort and that we can get back to doing what we do best, providing unforgettable experiences,” said Aaron McGrath, general manager of Six Senses Zighy Bay.

“It’s been quite the year for us all, but we can’t wait to have guests back at our resort, just in time for UAE National Day Celebrations and for the upcoming festive period”.
