Le Petit Chef arrived at Ray’s Grill on the 63 floor of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers in 2021, where its unusual dining concept has already made waves across Abu Dhabi.
In the latest new show, the tiny chef follows in the footsteps of Marco Polo to bring you on a culinary journey across regions visited by the legendary explorer. The adventure is projected on your plate and across your table in an enthralling two-hour show that’s like a storybook come to life.
The show is available at 8pm from Wednesday to Friday and at 1pm and 8pm on Saturday and Sunday. The Le Petit Chef in the Footsteps of Marco Polo experience allows you to choose between four menus. The Marco Polo classic is Dhs385, Marco Polo grand is Dhs545, Marco Polo vegetarian is Dhs385 and the Marco Polo junior is Dhs249 for kids aged six to 12.
Wondering what’s on the menu? The tiny chef starts his adventure in France, where a classic French Brandade is served with tomato coulis. Then he travels to Morocco to create a traditional lamb tagine that’s slow cooked in spices and fruits. Next up, diners join the chef in India for a beautiful aromatic Tandoori chicken followed by a quick stop in China for a sea bream. The journey ends back in France for a famous saffron brulée.
