Circle Café

This popular homegrown café has a cracking all-you-can-eat breakfast deal every weekend, and wait for it – it’s Dhs60 per person. Between 8am and 4pm, a two-hour slot can be booked and breakfast fans can take their pick from more than 25 breakfast dishes. Little ones are welcome, too. You’ll pay Dhs25 for kids between four and 12, while tiny tots three and under eat absolutely free. Dishes include a full English, Mexican-style eggs, a sausage and egg burger, avocado on toast, Greek yoghurt topped with dark chocolate shavings, pistachios, power ball mix and fresh orange, French toast, waffles, pancakes and more. Vegan-friendly brekkie options include chickpea shakshouka, fresh fruit, scrambled tofu with sourdough, and porridge with cinnamon, banana, dates and maple syrup. Parker’s

If you’re on a beach trip with the family at a weekend, this is a top spot in Dubai’s La Mer to check out. A former Highly Commended winner in the best breakfast in Dubai category, we love the tropical, tasty Açai bowls, while the avo toast is a beauty. Sweet tooth? Opt for the chocolate brownie-topped pancakes and prepare to have a nap on the La Mer sand later on.
Open Sat-Wed 9am-midnight, Thu-Sat 9am-1am. La Mer, Jumeirah 1 (04 330 8390).

Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City

This deal takes breakfast to a whole other level. Far from just being a quick cup of coffee and a croissant while the kids colour in some pictures at the table, Park Inn by Radisson in Dubai’s Motor City’s new breakfast deal includes a pool day and free entry to a nearby soft play area. For Dhs65 mums and dads will be able to slurp on free-flowing coffee (a bonus if you’ve got tiny tots who wake up at the crack of dawn) and tea as well as as much fruit and as many pancakes, waffles and pastries as they can manage.
In addition, a menu of main dishes includes Eggs Benedict, a healthy Acai bowl and a breakfast brunch platter. The younger family members up to 12 will pay Dhs45 and get their own kids’ menu to choose from. As well as a hearty feast to kick start your day, you can hit the rooftop pool deck for a day in the sun, or hit the gym for free, while little ones can head off to Fun Block where they can play for free, all day, from 10am to 6pm. That should give parents enough time to chill, get a tan and have a workout.
Dhs65, Dhs45 (kids under 12). Fri & Sat 11am-3pm. Park Inn by Radisson, Dubai Motor City, www.radissonhotels.com (04 249 4100).
