Becoming a mum for the first time is incredibly daunting at the best of times, but when you can’t get out to attend an antenatal course, it can be even more unsettling.
With that in mind, Babies and Beyond is bringing the ante-natal classes to you in the form of two virtual seminars that new mums across the UAE can sign up to.
On Wednesday April 22 from 10am to midday, new mums and mums-to-be can find out what the first three months after birth will look like in a free antenatal workshop.
The “A Guide To Life After Birth: Baby and Mom” class will help you to understand your newborn and will support you with your transition to motherhood.
In addition, on Saturday April 18, a two-hour workshops will give some top parenting tips to mums to help them look after their new arrival.
The “Caring for your Newborn Baby” workshop, which starts at 10am, is Dhs315 per couple.
Mums and dads will learn a variety of skills from bathing baby and changing nappies to burping, swaddling, feeding, sleep safety and cord care.
Both workshops are open to everyone, but priority will be given to those who have already done a workshop with Babies and Beyond.
