Pick up some fresh at an organic market

Business Bay’s organic farmers’ market is back for its 12th season. Taking place at Bay Avenue Park every Friday between 9am and 2pm until Friday April 9, there will be 20 different stalls to check out and marketgoers will be able to pick up fresh fruit and veggies from local farmers.

Other products such as honey, herbs and spices, coffee, ice cream and oils will also be available.

Life’s a picnic


Every Saturday families can enjoy an al fresco picnic on the lush lawns of the Westin, where they can grab a table, lounge on beanbags or throw down a blanket and enjoy a care-free afternoon in the sunshine. Bliss.

There’s a new park to try at Dubai Hills


With a splash park, skate park and even an ice rink, The Dubai Hills Park has something to keep the whole gang entertained. Tickets cost Dhs85 for non-residents and Dhs55 for residents for a day pass.

A cinema has opened at KidZania Dubai

Catch family-friendly films at KidZania in Dubai Mall. Reel Cinemas has installed a specially designed, kid-friendly screen inside the Dubai Mall’s enormous edutainment centre.

Staying Silly at Sea starring Magic Phil


Our very own Time Out UAE Kids columnist – and everyone’s favourite magician – is set to star in a one-man show called Staying Silly at Sea ionboard the QE2.

Expect catchy rock n roll songs, silly jokes, brand-new magic tricks (look out for the teapot that can make any drink you fancy appear), plenty of awesome special effects, surprise guest appearances and, of course, lots of opportunity for you and the kiddos to get involved.

The Virtual Study Abroad Expo 2021 is coming back to the UAE
