Learn about UAE culture at Qasr Al Hosn
Qasr Al Hosn is a beautiful and popular Abu Dhabi landmark, and the perfect place to take kids to learn about the UAE’s culture and heritage. It’s the oldest building in the capital, and home to the House of Artisans, which displays local creativity. Teach the kids about Al-Sadu, a traditional Bedouin weaving practice, or Thali, an embroidery technique practiced by outstanding Emirati seamstresses. There are plenty of popular cafés and water features to explore afterwards, which are particularly nice at night (to escape the heat). Entry to Qasr Al Hosn is free.

Has your kiddo always dreamt of flying? You can make that dream come true with the junior flying club at CLYMB. On Saturdays at 1.30pm, kids can learn flying techniques and skills from a certified instructor with one-on-one instruction and a personalised flying plan. Kids go free fun on Yas Island
When you book a Kids Go Free package at one of the participating hotels on Yas Island, one child under the age of 12, accompanied by one paying adult, can stay, dine, and play for free starting from Dhs450 per adult. Free admission to the Yas Island theme parks is included, and kids can eat for free when you opt for a meal plan at your hotel. You can also add experiences at Yas Marina circuit, CLYMB Abu Dhabi and other attractions starting at Dhs30 per person.
