3 things to do today in Abu Dhabi

Give the kids a treat or have a very British evening

Friday, July 19

Give the kids a treat: An exhilarating obstacle course consisting of rock climbing walls, zip lines, mazes and other exciting surprises will be opening as part of SummerFest Abu Dhabi. With dozens of unique challenges kids will love finding their way through this monster of a course at ADNEC.
Opening times during Ramadan are Saturday-Wednesday 8.30pm-1.30am, and Thursday-Friday 7.30pm-2.30am, www.summerfestabudhabi.ae.

Go to a sumptuous suhoor: This year’s Ramadan tent at Emirates Palace is truly extravagant. With space for up to 1,500 guests throughout the day and night, in the evenings it becomes the perfect space for a relaxing suhoor featuring an à la carte menu from executive chef Sandro Gamba.

Have a very British evening: Get your fill of some traditional British pub atmosphere as well as a hearty dose of good old pub grub this evening. Fish and chips served in paper is a firm favourite.
