Hot on the news from last week regarding plans to build a new beach club on the Corniche [TOAD August 28-September 3], comes an announcement that Abu Dhabi’s main beach is to be radically transformed, with a new plaza to be built featuring shops, cafés and parking for 800 cars. The new strip will be located near 32nd Street.
