Ke$ha, Conor Maynard and Mark Ronson to headline new Dubai festival

Naughty Boy, John Newman and JLS’ Marvin Humes also to play inaugural RedfestDXB

Superstars Ke$ha, Conor Maynard and Mark Ronson are to headline a new festival in Dubai.

Naughty Boy, John Newman and Marvin Humes, of boyband JLS, will also be appearing at the inaugural RedfestDXB.

The acts will join previously-named headliner The Lumineers at Dubai Media City for the festival.

And organisers have pledged one more headline act at the event, which will take place over two days on Thursday February 13 and Friday February 14.

The opening night will have a more youth-centric theme, with ‘Die Young’ hitmaker Ke$ha headlining alongside UK teen sensation Conor Maynard, and a closing DJ set from JLS man Humes.

Headlined by US indie-folk act The Lumineers, the Friday night will also feature John Newman, best known as the voice on Rudimental’s UK number one ‘Feel the Love’, and Emilie Sandé collaborator Naughty Boy.

Then the festival will wrap up with a party set from A-Yo – the DJ collective made up of producing mastermind Mark Ronson (the man behind Amy Winehouse’s Back to Black) and BBC Radio One DJ and Sandance regular Zane Lowe.

Tickets, starting at Dhs299 for a day pass, are on sale now from www.timeouttickets.com.
