Full line-up confirmed for Gulf Bike Week

Jay Wud, Point of View, The Maplejacks, Juliana Down and Sandwash among 12 UAE acts to play three-day festival

The full music line-up has been confirmed for this year’s Gulf Bike Week.

A total of 12 UAE bands will take to the stage over three days at the annual event.

Bands to perform at Dubai Media City between Thursday October 24 and Saturday October 26 are:
Jay Wud, Point of View, Chronicles of Khan, The Maplejacks, The Boxtones, Juliana Down, Sandwash, Salha & The Million Dollar Band, Riff Raff and Screemin Egulz. Party tunes meanwhile will come from DJ Kinky D.

Aside from music the festival will feature a variety of activities and showcases, including a custom bike building competition, bike stunt shows and a ‘Thunder Parade’ of more than 1,000 bikers, arriving at the event at 2pm on Friday October 25.

Meanwhile bike enthusiasts will be catered for with over 100 brands showcases bikes, riding gear and more.

The focus on local bands is a welcome new slant for the festival, which in previous years has featured international acts including Megadeth, Deep Purple, and one of the final appearances by the late Amy Winehouse.
