Khloe Kardashian coming to Dubai

Reality TV star to launch new collection for Lipsy and Iconic

This week: Kardashian threads arrive, an expat duo’s new shop and H&M’s exciting new line.

Fans of the Kardashian clan will be chuffed to know that personable sis Khloe is visiting Dubai next month on Sunday November 17 to unveil the new Kardashian Kollection for Lipsy (04 325 3552) and Iconic and to meet fans. After speaking to the youngest sibling last month (check out our exclusive interview in the November 13 issue), Khloe says she’s only here for 48-hours, and will try and cram in as much as possible. As for the threads, the trend-driven range features feather coats, crops tops and biker jackets from Dhs170 to Dhs845.

Meanwhile, a new homegrown boutique has just opened in Boulevard at Jumeirah Emirates Towers (04 319 8732), under Dubai expats and fashion fiends Tora Sweetman and Julie Price. Combining a retail concept with an image consultancy service, The Boutique (050 115 3703) offers one-on-one consultations as part of their core service and will feature collections from European-based labels including Yaya Fashion, Masai Clothing Company, Ingenue London, The Pretty Dress Company, Bombshells by Katya Wildman and Unisa Shoes.

Lastly, French designer Isabel Marant is teaming up with H&M to create a line inspired by the fashion houses’ most iconic pieces. From tailored dresses to chunky knits to cropped skinny trousers to tie-dye prints, there is an eclectic mix of options for all. The collection is available in stores from November 14 and prices start at Dhs150.
