VOX cinemas is celebrating its 20th anniversary in the UAE with discounted tickets and a showcase of top movies from 2019.
To mark the milestone birthday, the cinema chain will be offering a ticket and popcorn for Dhs20.
In addition, 20 of the year’s best-loved films will be returning to the big screen in special screenings in VOX cinemas across the UAE.
The movie marathon, which runs until Wednesday January 8, will showcase 2019’s biggest blockbusters in various outlets across Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
The throwback film marathon will include mega-hits such as Maleficent 2 starring Angelina Jolie, Joker with Joaquin Phoenix and Captain Marvel.
As part of the celebrations, guests can also indulge in an in-seat fine-dining experience at THEATRE by Rhodes for Dhs200, which includes one movie ticket and a three-course meal.
And the little ones aren’t overlooked either.
Families will be able to enjoy a fun day out with the kids with a number of children’s favourites like Shazam!, Lion King, Toy Story 4 and Aladdin included in the line-up.

VOX Cinemas opened its first multiplex in 1999 in Ajman.
