Tiger King stars now recording personal videos for new Middle Eastern platform

Netflix stars the latest to join the video messaging trend

Stars of one of the most talked about TV shows of 2020, Tiger King, are the latest in a string of celebrities to be offering up personalised video messages to fans.

Stars such as Snoop Dogg, Caitlyn Jenner and Lindsay Lohan have been taking to various celebrity film platforms in recent months. And now Middle Eastern celebrity-fan video platform Oulo.com has added the stars of Tiger King in its catalogue of famous faces that offer personalised messages for fans – whether it’s a happy birthday or a simple hello.

Currently, fans can get Jeff and Lauren Lowe, Doc Antle and Kelci ‘Saff’ Saffery to say a personalised message to those who enjoyed the show.

While the show and its characters came under fire from some animal welfare groups, Jeff Lowe says a portion of donations from his videos will go towards protecting animals.

“We’re very excited to welcome Jeff, Lauren, Doc and Saff to Oulo.com. We know how pleased they are to be able to connect with their fans in the Middle East,” said co-founder of Oulo.com Kamal Nazha.

As for prices, it doesn’t come cheap, as Jeff and Lauren Lowe will create a unique video for USD500 (around Dhs1,836), Doc Antle will make a message for USD250 (Dhs918) and Kelci ‘Saff’ Saffery’s personalised clips are priced at USD100 (Dhs367).

Other stars on Oulo include Ali Jaber, Just Sul, Nour Aldin and more.
