The much-anticipated movie – which sees Cruise reprise the role of action hero Ethan Hunt – features an all-star cast, including Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg and Alec Baldwin.

Mission Impossible: Fallout is slated for release in July.

Cruise previously revealed his delight at his UAE return in a picture with the twofour54 and Abu Dhabi Film Commission teams.

H.E. Maryam Eid AlMheiri, CEO of Media Zone Authority Abu Dhabi and twofour54, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tom Cruise and other members of the cast and crew of ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ to Abu Dhabi.

“Through the combined efforts of Abu Dhabi Film Commission (ADFC) and twofour54, we have attracted yet another major Hollywood production to our Emirate thanks to the incredible incentives we are able to offer, such as incredible locations, talented media professionals, world-class facilities and the generous 30% rebate on production spend.

“Paramount Pictures is one of the world’s most renowned studios and twofour54 has supported their team throughout the shoot, ensuring that the process has been seamless.

“’Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ is the fifth Hollywood movie in Abu Dhabi to take advantage of both the ADFC’s rebate and the Emirate’s thriving media ecosystem that can support productions of all sizes.

“We expect to welcome many more to the capital for content creators in the future.”
