The solo debut from Ben Power of F**k Buttons is anything but blank, or as hard to listen to as mass. It’s rather an endlessly shifting series of vari-coloured electronic noisescapes with huge emotional heft. The gorgeous ‘Raw Deal’ recalls Oneohtrix Point Never, but elsewhere John Carpenter, The KLF, Murcof and Ligeti come to mind. It’s the perfect soundtrack to a voyage through the infinite universe.
