If you play a musical instrument and have a great singing voice then head on down to share your talents with the rest of the capital. The open mic night is open to all ages and is a great event for everyone. Whether you want to perform unplugged on stage or you just want to sit back and enjoy the evening with a drink in the chilled out seating area, this will be fun night out for the performers and spectators alike. To take part as a performer, all you need to do is sign up at least five days in advance.

Sofitel Abu Dhabi
We love a new hotel opening and with this one we are sure you will too. The Sofitel Abu Dhabi has opened its doors and with it comes two new bars for you to choose from. The very cool Chill’O pool bar and terrace is a superb place to kick back and watch the sun set over the Corniche with a fun atmosphere – a great place to start or end your evening out. If you are looking for something a little more suave, head to the Jazz’N Fizz bar, which offers guests the perfect location for after-work drinks with friends or the perfect start to a night on the town. With live music playing including chill-out, jazz and bossa nova, a visit to this new venue is a must.
