Fans of live-music have been flocking to see the line-up of artists throwing down the coolest live music in the city every Tuesday, and this week the spotlight is on Indie band As Per Casper.
As Per Casper is the brainchild of Dubai-based singer Carla Saad. Syrian-Palestinian born, and raised in Saudi, Carla writes her songs in English with a hint of Arabic, making for a full-bodied, symphonic piece – the perfect vibe for Time Out Market Dubai.
Giving up her career in finance to peruse her passion for music, we’re so glad she did. Lyrics come from the heart, which gets the crowd connected to her story.

The band is made up of musicians from across the region, from piano, strings to percussion – these are a talented bunch, performing indie, pop and rock songs to get your evening rolling.
Sit tight, music buffs, as alongside As Per Casper you’ll also find DJ Natalie Brogan at Time Out Market this week.
Brogan has played at all of the hotspots in the city, spinning the decks to all your favourite anthems.
She has played alongside some of the biggest names in the industry, we’re not one to name drop – but, David Guetta, Armin Van Buren and Laidback Luke to cite a few.
And you certainly won’t go hungry while listening in either. Everything you could possibly crave is on the menu. From ramen, burgers, vegan dishes, traditional Emirati cuisine to pizzas – Time Out Market Dubai has you and the crew covered.
