You can now send digital postcards in the UAE

Missing your best mate? Let them know via a personalised postcard

Missing your best mate? Let them know the old fashioned way and write them a postcard.

Emirates Post, the official postal operator for the UAE, has launched digital postcards across the country.

The newly launched e-Postcards allow users to create personalised physical postcards for friends, family members and colleagues.

It can all be done via the brand-new ‘epostcards’ app which can be downloaded from both the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.

The app allows users to customise images and write a message, as well as add videos that can be accessed via a QR code which is printed on the physical postcard.

The customised postcards start from Dhs20 and once you’ve created your postcard, Emirates Post will print the physical postcard out and arrange for contactless delivery to the intended recipient.

“With a network that spans across the entire UAE, we aim to enable communities to reach out and stay connected; something that has never been more important today. This easy to use digital app will offer individuals and companies the opportunity to customise their postcards online, with personalised images and videos, and send physical cards of greetings and best wishes,” stated Abdulla Mohammed Al Ashram, CEO of Emirates Post Group.
