Yas Creative Hub to open in Abu Dhabi in 2021 creating thousands of jobs

The new home of media, gaming and entertainment

A new mega project on Yas Island is set to become a leading destination for international media and entertainment.
Yas Creative Hub, located at Yas Bay, Yas Island, is the new home for Abu Dhabi’s media, gaming and entertainment sector, twofour54 Abu Dhabi.

Opening its doors to local and international companies, the new creative hub is set to open its doors by the end of 2021, with construction already 75 percent complete.

The 2.8million square foot development has been purpose-built to house the UAE capital’s creative sector and accelerate the growth of the industry by appealing to international talent.

As part of the project, the number of creative professional working in gaming, media and entertainment is set to triple in the next decade.

Once open the destination will be home to world-class production facilities, flexible workspaces and next-gen technology as well as a landscaped campus including parks, cafes, restaurants, wellness facilities, an outdoor amphitheatre, rooftop terraces and pedestrian access to Yas Bay Waterfront and the Etihad Arena.
