Fae Café Abu Dhabi announces special edition of Chef’s Table

Enjoy a nine-course menu as part of Abu Dhabi Culinary Season

Abu Dhabi Culinary Season has brought loads of great events to the capital to celebrate all things food and highlight the amazing dishes and chefs in Abu Dhabi.

Offering another culinary experience for Abu Dhabi foodies, a new special edition of Chef’s Table has been announced.

Fae Café, located at Abu Dhabi Youth Hub, will host the event from December 10 to 12.

Three of the region’s top chefs have curated three dishes each to offer a unique dining experience for a limited time only.

Chefs taking part at the event include Chef Khaled Alsaadi, who heads up FAE Café, Chef Greg Malouf, the Modern Middle Eastern master and Michelin chef and Lebanese American culinary expert Chef Bethany Kehdy.

Dishes from Chef Bethany Kedhy include scallop kebbeh with red pepper harissa, coriander and garlic butter, venison and quince Manti Maamoul with cucumber slaw, rose butter and hazelnut and ox cheek with shallot and rhubarb tagine.

Chef Greg Malouf’s creations include Giant yeast sambusak stuffed with kashkaval cheese and porcini mushroom and saffron labneh, Quail in kataifi with feta sauce whipped with Dijon mustard and hand of Abu Dhabi, halawa ice cream with pistachio, honey wafer, plum caramel.

Finally, Chef Khaled Alsaadi’s dishes include pumpkin soup with cumin brioche, local cheese, tomato pearls, mint and arugula salad, Hamour with dried lime curry, root veg crisps and preserved lemon gel and saffron and cardamom curd with orange blossom granite.

Available for dinner service only, you can try it for Dhs350 per person.
