Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas is sending diners on a culinary adventure with three new experiences this summer.

First up, Park Bar & Grill has re-opened its doors to the capital with a crossover of Mexican and Japanese fare.

Chomp down on sharing dishes like sushi burrito, raw meats and fish, tacos, nigiri, charcoal-grilled meats and seafood that have been flavoured with Latin American spices and ingredients for a global bite every Tuesday to Saturday from 5pm to midnight at the pop-up.

And to wash it all down, take a seat at the Park Bar where it is transformed into a Japanese joint akin to any classy establishment in Tokyo or Osaka, where you can sip on a range of specially crafted Japanese beverages concocted by the mixologists behind the bar.

Sustainability is at the core of the new pop-up, and the seafood is sourced from local, sustainable and viable fisheries with all mixed drinks crafted using zero waste product.

Fancy something more sweet? Head to FIKA at The Library.

A Swedish tradition whereby you take time out of your day to appreciate the good things (and times) in life, Fika enables guests to kick-back with friends and family while picking from a selection of unlimited cakes to enjoy, alongside free-flowing cups of coffee and tea for Dhs130.

And should the mood strike, you can upgrade your package to include a glass of bubbly for Dhs185.

Set on Saadiyat Beach, the recently opened Vayu Beach Bar offers you the chance to de-stress through yoga, meditation as well as beach walks that allow for access to the Arabian Gulf (and some cracking snaps for the ‘gram, too).

Meaning Lord of the Winds, you can enjoy some me time in one of the most beautiful and peaceful locations in the whole of the capital.
