Etihad Airways launches chauffeur service for economy passengers

Get collected from and dropped off at the airport

No one coming to collect you at the airport? No problem as Etihad Airways has launched a private chauffeur service for guests travelling to and from Dubai when flying from Abu Dhabi airport.

The service which is available for economy passengers to select destinations, will see travellers collected from Abu Dhabi International Airport and taken directly to their home, hotel or preferred destination in the emirate of Dubai.

To get picked up by Etihad Airways chauffeur service after your flight, passengers must have booked their tickets by Wednesday August 11 for travel by September 30 2021.

And what’s more, those who catch a ride on the road with the airplane company will earn double Etihad Guest Miles on their flight too.

Guests travelling in Etihad’s business and first class cabins will have free access to the Etihad Chauffer service regardless of their travel destination.

All drivers will wear face masks and disposable gloves with every vehicle receiving a deep cleaning after every journey.

The news comes with many residents set to jet off for the Eid Al Adha break.

Eid Al Adha will run from Monday July 19 to Thursday July 22 meaning those who regularly work Sunday to Thursday will be in line for a six-day holiday.
